Rebecca Judd has quit KIIS FM’s 3pm Pick-Up radio show after three years on the air.

The footy WAG, 37, will be replaced in the afternoon time slot by comedian Kate Langbroek in 2021, the Australian Radio Network confirmed on Monday.

Kate will join Rebecca’s 3pm Pick-Up co-hosts Katie ‘Monty’ Dimond and Yumi Stynes from January.

Rebecca had hosted the daily radio program alongside Monty for two days a week, while Yumi sat in her chair for the other three days.

ARN’s chief content officer Duncan Campbell said of Rebecca’s decision to quit the show: ‘Bec Judd has been a fantastic contributor to 3pm Pick-Up.

‘The engaging conversation, real-life anecdotes and fun that she brought to the show will be missed, but we wish her well on her next endeavours.’

An ARN spokesperson said that Rebecca was leaving the show because she wanted to ‘take a break from media in the new year’.

The new line-up marks a return to ARN for Kate, who previously hosted KIIS FM’s Hughesy and Kate drive show with Dave Hughes from 2015 to 2017.

She took a break from the spotlight last year after moving to Italy with her family, but will return to Melbourne in January next year.

‘After our family adventures in Italy, I’m looking forward to returning to magnificent Australia – and ARN – and getting to speak my native language: radio,’ Kate said.
